About The Job Responsibilities:
- Establish the Global SAP Order to Cash solution in particular for China roll out
- Translate business requirements to technical solutions following the global template
- Execute the Order to Cash related project and ongoing deliverable, functional scope and key milestones
- Work with other functional and technical teams to consider any inter-dependencies/ dependencies relating to the Programme and support including global landscape considerations
- Follow project governance procedures as established by the Programme team
- Provide in-depth technical / business process advice for the FICO stream, working closely together with the Regional Support Organisation
- Establish and maintain a highly effective relationship with business representatives across the global and regional environment
- Anticipate business issues and manage them to minimise impact: analyse problems, action and progress issues as appropriate, ensuring follow through to resolution
- Is an ambassador for the project both within company (at all levels of business) and externally
- Supports collaboration and cooperation between business and IT functional leads groups within the project
- Supports coordination and cooperation with other departments within company, to support the realisation of own objectives
- Shares knowledge and information with key user community
About The People Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience with EDI, B2B or e-commerce interfaces
- Experience in MM or FICO functional streams is preferred
- Experience with SAP AFS or SAP Retail preferred
- Experience working in multicultural and virtual teams
- Customer focused approach (internal and external)
- Strong influencing skills, attention to detail
- Demonstrated appreciation of cultural sensitivities
- Self-motivated
