Job description:
主要工作内容
1.Maintain Windows Server 2003
Windows 2003 系统的维护
2.Organize the file structure and authorization / right structure
维护公司内部服务器，以及为用户提供和维护正确的权限
3.Maintain the Hardware of the Server and Client PC’s as well the Network Equipment at the Office and Production area
维护办公区域和生产区域的网络体统和设备，为个人用户提供软硬件服务
4.Maintain and support the time management Hardware and Software
维护和支持考勤系统，为用户添加或删除权限等
5.Support the employees to use MS Office
为用户在使用办公软件系统当中提供帮助和支持
6.Update and keep the Security Software up to date (Virus scanner and Firewall)
维护公司的网络安全，如对病毒库以及防火墙等的升级更新
7.Take care of the data backup system and do necessary improvements
为公司的数据库系统提供支持以及必要的更新等
8.Maintain the K3 system, supply support to the internal customers, optimize and develop the functions of the K3 system.
维护金蝶系统，为公司内部用户提供必要的技术支持，优化和开发金蝶系统中的功能。
9.Be responsible for the giving – out of office supplies and related paper work; should take care of the office supplies’ stock
负责办公用品的发放，做好领用记录；办公用品库存不足时，及时向采购人员申请采购
10.Be responsible for the monthly collection of express expenses. Finish the monthly express expenses overview li st.
负责公司快递费用月汇总及核对，在每月的月末完成快递费用月汇总及核对工作，交相关报表于公司采购员，并由采购员完成报账。
Qualifications:资质要求
1.High skills to operate Windows Server 2003
2.High skill to maintain Windows XP Workstations
3.High skill to configure MS Networks
4.Hardware skill to repair Server, PC and Network equipment
5.Skillful to find Network problems in Software or Hardware sections
6.Skillful at Linux is very recommended
7.skilled in the use of photoshop
