Boiler Sales Engineer
Report to 直接上级:
Boiler Product Manager
Purpose of Job 职位概要:
Sales of low NOx Condensing boiler products, general boiler technical communication and introduction to customers
Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责:
1. Develop and maintain customer relationships, new sales generation
2. Product presentation, and sales plan development
3. Customer negotiation on price and business terms.
4. Follow up with customer on delivery and any technical request.
5. Coordinate with customer and internal application engineers to solve customer issues.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识、技巧与能力要求:
1. 3 years+ experience in boiler/combustion industry is a must
2. 5 years+ sales experience is a must
3. Need to be confident in communication, and persuasive
4. Discipline to fully execute job assignment and business process
5. Collaborative team-work spirit, and also able to work individually with clear plan
6. Self-motivated to maximize work efficiency and productivity, and to report progress and problems to supervisor
Qualifications, Education and Work Experience 任职资格:
1. Have basic understanding of boiler or burner products
2. Preferred Education: 4-year college degree of thermal energy, combustion or related major
3. CET-4, good English reading and writing
