Responsibilities: 职责
- Onsite monitor deployment and client communication 现场安装调试设备（软件调试为主）及客户说明工作
- Onsite monitor troubleshooting and client communication 现场故障排查（网络故障为主）及客户说明工作
- Remote/onsite client communication (training, after-service, etc.) 远程客户交流（培训、售后）
- Remote/onsite troubleshooting (both hardware & software) 远程故障排除（包括硬件和软件部分）
- Internal monitor test work 设备内部测试
- Related office desk work 相关文案工作
 
Desired Skills: 所需技能
- Environment/electric engineering or other related major 环境工程、电子工程或相关专业
- Skilled in oral & written English 英语听读写良好（所有往来邮件均使用英语）
- Familiar with common office software and normal computer/smartphone operating system 熟悉常用的电脑办公软件及主流的电脑/手机操作系统
- Good interpersonal skills and experience with costumers 有较强的人际沟通能力和客户交流经验
- Quick-learning and problem-solving skills 有较强的学习能力与解决问题能力
- Reliable and cautious 责任心强，作风严谨，工作认真
 
Work location & hours: 工作地点及时间：
- Working hours are typically from 0930-1830, but our company supports a flexible and project-based work schedule; work may entail occasional weekend and overtime work, but if required, will be offset by time off on another workday
