职位描述：
1.Business development
- Focus on target segments: startups, education, property management, F&B and other B2C business or new species business model; build up relationships and networks;
- Work with BU teams and responsible for account opening referrals and liability & revenue KPI;
- Learn from target clients and dig out their potential needs and find a solution to banking with valuable potential clients;
- Other business development related task assigned by line manager.
2FinTech initiatives
- Based on unsatisfied needs to explore reliable FinTech partners;
- Study current ecosystem to learn and engage with FinTech partners to explore the possibilities on collaboration for the good of our business;
- Other FinTech initiatives related task assigned by line manager.
o Education教育背景
Bachelor degree is a must; Master degree from reputational university is a plus.

o Experience (type of)工作经验（类型）
At least 3 years business development experience and at least 2 years sales role in managing institutional clients. Working experience in education, property management, hospitality or startups is a plus. Angel fund, VC or PE working experience is preferred.

o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能
Sound selling skill is a must. Empathetic on clients‘ potential needs or pain point, creative thinking and hands on proved maker. Familiar with target segments‘ operation or a proved quick learner. Sound network in FinTech and target segments.
Desire to win and positve to new things and new chanlleges; team player and proved contributor. Have the ownership and leadership to find a way out. Full of imagenation and passion to push new things going forward; independent thinking; self-starter.
