作为Gameloft游戏社区在中国的代表，你将会扮演发言人的角色，同时通过Gameloft的各种活动，确保总部的社交媒体和社区战略能够得到贯彻执行。
你不仅能和本地的各个开发团队合作，也会和国外的游戏社区运营团队有着非常紧密的合作。
岗位职责：
1. 实施各种游戏社区的规划管理和内容运营，抓住社区用户兴趣，持续规划管理各个渠道（微信、微博、百度贴吧等）的社群用户粘性、参与度、活跃度。
2. 策划有影响力的内容专题，准备各种创意简报并管理各渠道发布的内容（图片、视频、文章等）。
3. 保持开发团队和本地社区之间的有效沟通联结，及时对工作中用户需求的突出问题进行反馈及处理，并形成优化建议，协助产品优化。
4. 了解各渠道（包括社交媒体，app商店网页等）的行业动向，并时刻关注各个社交媒体上的流行趋势，为开发团队提出适应市场潜在机会的建议。
5. 定期收集分析报告各个社区运营数据，反馈改进社区产品，推动产品功能优化。
任职资格：
1. 1-3年用户社区运营经验
2. 热爱游戏行业，创造力强
3. 熟练运用PS和视频编辑软件
4. 具有良好，可识别潜在的负面社区危机
5. 英语读写熟练
