The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years operation and customer service experiences in the cargo airline industry, freight forwarding or logistics. There is some requirement for rostered/shift work hours.

Job Description:
? Deliver robust customer service through ensuring complete adherence to all prescribed operational, health & safety and security standard.
? Work closely with warehouse and ramp ground handling agents/suppliers to deliver excellent customer service and achieve all operational targets such as on time departure of flights, position load factor etc.
? Supervise warehouse and ramp operations to ensure cargo and document acceptance, cargo build-up, storage, towing to parking stand and loading/unloading will fully comply with the company’s standard and requirement.
? Prepare and perform flight turnaround operations in strict accordance with the checklist for the inbound and outbound flight and the agreed timing schedule. Ensure that the post flight handling report is submitted in a detailed and timely manner.
? Timely and accurate cargo related data capture into airline’s system.
? Communicate and coordinate with clearing agents/carriers/suppliers to effectively manage and handle import cargo following the local procedure.
? Ensure station ULD, ancillary equipment and consumable inventory are physically checked and maintained at the agreed stock level and in good condition. Follow up recovery and claims process for customers.
? Work closely with Customer Services and Operation teams at UK hubs to ensure smooth handling, recovery and delivery of shipments.
? Deliver e-business initiatives to seek continuous improvements in efficiency.
Skills & Experience required:
? Diploma holder or above
? Customer service oriented and process driven
? Minimum of 2 years operation and customer service experiences in the Airline or Freight Forwarding industry
? Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin essential
? Adaptive to changes and comfortable in a multitasking environment and role
? Excellent communication and relationship building skills
? Highly organised and able to prioritise at work
? Pro-active approach with high energy and resilience
? Highly self motivated and driven, and ability to work independently, yet a team player
? Strong PC skills and working knowledge of computer systems
? Willing to work in shift hour (early morning / late night) at PVG airport
