Job Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of refractory concepts and customer solutions for the steel industry
- On-site technical expertise to our customers
- Support to the sales team in the whole customer service process (e.g. preparation of customer presentations, handling of claims, etc.)
- Working in close cooperation with sales, R&D and production
- Conduct product trials at customer sites and document the test results
Professional Requirements
- University degree or higher technical education in the fields of metallurgy, ceramics, mineralogy, material science, chemistry, engineering, etc.
- Knowledge of the steel industry, in particular the continuous casting process
- Knowledge of the refractory industry is an advantage
- First professional experience in the steel industry
- Knowledge in English, additional language skills are beneficial
- Excellent MS Office skills

- Willingness to travel (30-50%)
