职位描述：
1. Be responsible for order review and implementation.
负责订单评审并配合执行订单实施。
2. Be responsible for production plan management and adjustment
负责生产计划生成及调整的管理。
3. Be responsible for material purchasing and distribution management.
负责物料采购及配送管理及协调。
4. Be responsible for the management of materials, accounts and cards for raw material warehouse, finished good warehouse and scrap warehouse.
负责原材料库、成品库及废品库的物、帐、卡的管理。
5. Be responsible for FIFO and traceability of raw material warehouse and finished good warehouse.
负责原材料库、成品库的先入先出及可追溯性管理。
6. Be responsible for the management of the Third warehouses at customer’s side.
负责公司客户端外库业务的监督与管理。
7. Be responsible for visualization management and 5S.
负责职责范围内的可视化及5S管理。
8. Be responsible for talent development and team building.
负责部门内的员工团队建设。
9. Be responsible for coordination and communication with related departments
负责与相关部门的业务协调及沟通。
10. Be responsible for other related job arranged by operation manager.
负责与本岗位有关的其他工作安排。

任职资格：
1) Previous working experience 工作经历：
3+ years working experience of logistic supervisor; automobile industry experience is preferred.
制造业物流主管3年以上工作经历，有汽车行业经验的优先考虑。

2) Professional qualifications专业资格:
Bachelor degree or above; background in logistics or engineering
Familiar with modern logistics management system, SAP&MRP operation process and TS16949 quality system.
大学本科及以上学历；物流专业或工科背景；熟悉现代物流管理体系；熟悉SAP&MRP运作流程及模式；
熟悉TS16949相关要求。

3) Technical skills技能：
Basic English skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
英语听、说、读、写熟练。

4) Additional requirements 其他要求：
Excellent communication and coordination skills; good at team building and motivation; strict working spirit and logic thinking; positive working attitude and strong ownership.
良好的沟通、协调能力；善于团队建设及激励；工作严谨、思路清晰；积极的工作态度及较强的责任心。
