职位描述：
Responsibility岗位职责：
1. 观察和分析标准件在采购市场的现状.
Observe and analysis the status of purchasing markets for standard and C parts.
2. 按照BITZER的供应商认证标准开发筛选供应商.
According to BITZER’s guideline to select supplier and evaluate supplier’s suitability.
3. 与供应商进行关于价格，交货条件，采购协议等的谈判.
Negotiate with supplier to discuss the delivery conditions, prices, general agreement etc.
4. 分析零件图纸及标准，协调技术和质量人员与供应商进行技术交流.
Analysis the drawing and specification; and arrange the technical discussion between technical department, quality and the supplier.
5. 制作样品采购订单，推动样品进度，加速采购项目. Place sample order, monitor the sample status and speed up the sourcing project.
6. 制定成本节省计划并完成所制定的目标.
Set target of cost saving and fulfill this target.
7. 跟踪和分析供应商的供货及质量状态，保证交货准时率及质量的稳定性.
Follow up the delivery and quality status from supplier and ensure in-time delivery and stable good quality.
8. 根据生产进度及库存状态，制定生产材料的采购计划，下达采购订单，跟踪到货情况，控制库存水平.
Make purchase plan for BOM material according to the stock level and production orders, place the order to supplier and follow up until the order arrive at warehouse, control the stock level.
9. 评估供应商的产品，并确保其符合规范要求及质量标准。处理因供应商原因造成的质量及短缺索赔。跟踪并督促供应商进行改善。Assess supplier’s products to ensure that they are complied with the specifications and meet the organization's quality standard. Deal with the quality claim and shortage claim, following and push suppliers to improve it.
10. 根据使用部门提交的采购申请，针对非生产材料进行询价，比价，议价以及合同的签订及执行，确保按时、按质、按量采购物品。
For MRO materials, according to the purchase requisition from the application department, find potential suppliers to get quotation, compare the price and negotiates the price; sign the agreement/contract and follow up the whole process to make sure to receive the goods/service on time, in good quality and quantity.

Requirements任职要求：
1. 机械工程或材料学专业本科毕业或以上，有制冷暖通空调行业背景优先.
Bachelor degree or above in the area of raw material, mechanical machining or engineering. Experienced in Refrigeration, heating and air conditioning is preferred.
2. 从事采购工作2 - 3年以上，熟悉采购流程。（有较强的机加工，冲压，钣金及热处理加工工艺技术专长，具有一定的项目管理及成本核算经验的优先）.
At least 2 - 3 years related experience in sourcing or purchasing, be familiar with the sourcing or purchasing process. Experienced in mechanical machining, stamping, sheet metal and heat treatment process is plus. Experienced in project management and cost accounting is a plus.
3. 具有较强的供应商质量评估能力，熟悉ISO9001及ISO14001体系，从事过供应商质量工程师工作者或质量管理工作者优先.
Good capability concerning supplier evaluation and good knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001. Experienced as SQE or QM is a plus.
4. 熟悉掌握MS-Office, ERP/SAP.
Good IT knowledge of MS-Office and ERP/SAP.
5. 良好的英文听说读写能力.
Excellent in English.
6. 团队意识强，责任心强。具备独立工作的能力.
Have a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, be able to work independently.
