岗位职责:

The main responsibilities include maintenance and handling of systems and processes that are essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation calculation and verification, and so on. Also includes administration tasks assigned by management.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
? Date collection and preparation of sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
? Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
? Support the costing projections for larger and complicated sales opportunities.
? Collect and prepare data of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Revise existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
? Maintain and process enabling technologies, including CRM, to the sales teams.
? Collect and check the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
? Support sales incentive compensation calculation and assists any arbitration or clarification regarding sales compensations.
? Administration tasks assigned by management.

任职资格:

1. At least 3-5 years experience in sales operations management or data analysis
2. Hands-on knowledge of Office software, especially in excel and PPT
3. Knowledge of CRM tools coupled with the ability to understand sales performance metrics.
4. Detail oriented with strong patience
5. Strong communication skill
6. Availability to travel as needed
7. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
8. Native Mandarin Speaker and Fluent in English.
