Reporting to: Sales Director Asia Pacific
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Work with DSM to collect and handle sales order from every dealer, coordinate internally and externally to make sure every step of the order processing goes efficient and fluent
2. Maintain the sales database in CRM/NAV on a daily basis
3. Timely and precisely fulfil yearly/monthly/weekly sales review and report, sales forecast, dealer events & inventory report, etc. as required by the company
4. Assist sales colleagues to execute and guarantee the company strategy of Customer Satisfaction
5. Manage and maintain the inventory always in a proper level, coordinate with the head office abroad to obtain the delivery & lead time, place orders, etc.
6. Timely and precisely fulfil yearly/monthly/weekly PSI sheet, purchase forecast, inventory list, etc., coordinate with finance, logistics, technical departments about their needs
7. Good understanding of the brand and company culture.
8. Complete any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in science & technology, marketing & business, or other relevant majors from a renowned university
2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in sales planning, supply chain and assistance to marketing & sales
3. Fluent in oral English and strong in written; Grade 6 English level is required
4. Strong executional abilities with attention to details
5. Excellent coordination abilities with both internal and external clients
6. Outstanding inter-personal communication and negotiation skills
7. Excellent in office software incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
8. Presentable personal image
9. Outgoing and mature personality
10. Hard worker, yet creative thinker
11. Able to work under pressure to meet timeline with no compromise in quality
12. A good team player
