As an individual contributor, senior logistics supervisor plays an important role to keep daily import and local delivery goods properly handled and delivered on time. He/She needs to work closely and actively with internal teams and external service providers to make sure performances are well fulfilled and to seek improvements.
Main Duties
1. Ensure smooth daily inbound bulk shipment, salesman sample, etc. through import/local delivery with external service providers and internal teams
2. Generate/maintain inbound document/data in SAP
3. Follow up inbound irregularities with stake holders (forwarders, DC, planning, etc.), e.g. discrepancy, claims
4. Service providers' performance review
5. Customs declaration forms/duty sheets filing
6. Monthly billing verification
Qualification & Experience
- 5 years or above solid logistics experience of import and local delivery, incl. HS coding and ASEAN preferential tariff
- Patient and able to analyze from data pool to seek answers
- Proactive team player and willing to learn
- Good at English, and MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Knowledge of SAP
- College degree or above
