JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Assist with Willis Reinsurance China on the renewal book for Property & Casualty accounts
? Reinsurance brokering, marketing and placements of structured deals.
? Assist with creation of new business (Pipeline) from the above sources
? Interaction with Placement team

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
? 1-2 years working experience in insurance / graduates
? Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in science or insurance
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
? Demonstrates knowledge of core insurance principles & provide explanation to clients
? Ability to conduct research
? Basic understanding of required placement workflows
? Must demonstrate core competency of Willis Values & Vision
? Self starter/requires minimal supervision
? Will seek guidance when needed
? Solid presentation skills – written and oral
? Good listener
? Enhancing client service skills
? Ability to deal with difficult client situations
? Demonstrates knowledge of Insurance structures
