职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、领导并完成项目全程的咨询服务工作，对项目总体负责，项目现场管理把控；　
2、参与招投标提供专业支持，督导技术质量管理工作，参与技术规范、质量流程的监管与制定；
3、客户关系维护，良好的沟通能力，协助市场部进行市场开拓；
4、进行项目沉淀和知识积累，定期进行项目分享和项目总结。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，工作经验要求五年以上建筑设计咨询类工作经验；
2、拥有大型企业办公室、实验室及研发中心项目经验者优先考虑；
3、资格要求国家注册二级建筑师及以上；
4、具备良好的人际沟通与团队管理能力、问题解决能力与项目管理能力。
5、短期负责公司工程项目，工作期限以实际项目为准。
6、机电工程师，幕墙工程师，结构工程师，土建工程师，装潢工程师等类型都可；
7、可接受短期 *** 优先。
