Job Description
The Key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:
1) Finance Operations:
a) Calculate, manage and control all SSC Fee billings & recharges (eg. Core Fees, Cost Recharges and Other Income).
b) Monitor status of receivables and follow up on collections.
c) Resolve billing discrepancies / disputes.
d) Assist in preparing client service agreements & ensure completeness.
e) Process AP invoices on timely manner and ensure accuracy of GL coding.
f) Record withholding tax journal entries on payables if required.

2) Monthly Actuals Closing:
a) Prepare non-standard journals.
b) Review Actuals financials for completeness, ensuring compliance with Groupe policies and financial controls.
c) Prepare Actuals reporting pack for management review.
d) Prepare financial variance analyses.
e) Review month-end financial binder including balance sheet accounts.
f) Follow up on outstanding/aged items.

3) Budgets & Rolling Forecasts:
a) Prepare G&A and Capex forecast.
b) Calculate Fees and Recharges, and communicate with IC counterparties for alignment & reporting.
c) Prepare full budget/forecast P&L for management review.
d) Input budget/ forecast data into Groupe reporting system.
e) Prepare budget/ forecast reporting pack for management review, including variance analyses.
f) Review & reconcile intercompany mismatches.

4) Others:
a) Monitor Capex budgeting/forecasting
b) Prepare adhoc reporting & analyses as required by Regional Finance team, including data collation and information gathering.


Experience/Qualifications/Certifications
? At least 4 years post qualification and commercial accountant experience.
? Bachelor of Accountancy or ACCA equivalent.

Knowledge
? Knowledge of accounting standards and tax requirements.

Skills (including technology)
? Experience in using accounting systems and reporting packages
? Experience in Hyperion reporting is preferred
? Strong working knowledge of Excel
? Experience in analysis of data and reporting compilation
? Strong command of written English and preferably spoken English too
