Primary Responsibilities:
？ Select, qualify, monitor, and assure the ongoing supplierquality of electromechanical componentsthrough a comprehensive set of quality tools and processes.
？ Execute NPI programs on quality, on schedule and on expectation as a quality owner.
？ Support to improve supplier’s capacity and delivery subject to product safety, quality and reliability.
？ Be the quality focal point for motor assembly, take in charge of supplier management in terms of process control and quality assurance, work with CMs to establish a systematic approach for quality improvement and to comply with GE quality requirements.
？ Work with design group to improve the design for DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFR (Design for Reliability).
？ Take quick containment and corrective actions based on customer’s failure modes and RMA autopsy analysis.
？ Monitor and drive PPM reduction to hit operation goals by project.
？ Improve the robustness and maturity level of the supplier’s process and quality system.
？ Conduct product audit, process audit, system audit and surprise audit regularly. Proactively identify quality risks and issues, and close the findings timely.
？ Comply with the company’s integrity requirements.

Basic Requirements:
？ BS degree or above from accredited university in Electromechanical Engineering, minimum five (5) years working experience in quality or engineering.
？ Solid work experience and proved career record in quality or engineering in motor industry.
？ Strong background and experience in quality assurance and quality control, and be familiar with statistical quality control tools, such as FMEA, gage R&R, SPC etc.
？ Be a quick learner and with strong problem solving skills.
？ Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, take ownership and accountability in quality.
？ Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese, willing to travel frequently and work with different suppliers in different locations.
？ Self-disciplined, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional team environment.
