Boiler Application Engineer – Junior

Report to 直接上级：
Boiler Application Chief Engineer

Purpose of Job 职位概要：
Low NOx Condensing boiler system testing, application training, technical communication and documentation.

Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责：
1. Support boiler chief application engineer on documentations, trainings, translation, etc.
2. English interpreter in cases of communication in English between local people and oversea partners.
3. Communicate with customer on condensing boiler related product requirement.
4. Daily communication with customer to answer their technical questions and find solutions with guidance from supervisor.
5. Make work plans or according to supervisor assignment to complete tasks on time
6. Support boiler OEMs on condensing boiler design and testing.
7. Train distributors or other parties when needed for application, installation, and trouble shooting and repair etc.
8. Conduct new product test and localization work according to assignment
9. Communicate with headquarter management team and oversea design partner on technical issues and work progress

1. Ability to learn product and business knowledge according to assignment
2. Discipline to fully execute job assignment and business process
3. Collaborative team-work spirit and initiation to own responsibilities
4. Self-motivated to maximize work efficiency and productivity, and to report progress and problems to supervisor
5. Good English-speaking and reading skills;

Qualifications, Education and Work Experience 任职资格：
1. Must be fluent in English speaking and writing, and be able to handle video or conference calls with English-speaking oversea partners
2. Education: 4-year college degree of mechanical, thermal energy or combustion
