岗位职责:服务台接待;处理顾客、租户的咨询、投诉;协助执行活动。
客户服务
n 通过商场广播,DM展架等为顾客服务
n 在服务台接待顾客及租户,解决顾客或租户的问题,
n 微笑服务
受理顾客投诉
n 礼貌接待顾客及租户
n 认真记录顾客及租户的投诉,并反馈给相关部门
n 跟进部门的处理
n 三日内给投诉者回复
协助经理与主任的工作,完成预算收入
n 跟进租户室内灯箱租赁事宜,并向租户提供户外广告牌和室内灯箱的价格表以及位置图。
n 向各店铺及厂家相关负责人发放活动邀请函并介绍活动内容,汇总、录入、整理活动回执
n 跟厂家争取赞助,并登记放库
n 活动过程中协助处理相关事宜
