Principal responsibilities

  

1.  Deliver back office support for treasury vanilla & derivatives products and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that all settlement / payments are proper proceeded in an efficient and effective manner. Act as the primary maker to prepare source data, DOI, and various internal/external reports, maintain a high data quality of regulatory reports on time.

  

作为资金业务（含外汇市场、货币市场、衍生品及结构性产品）的中后台，为前台提供交易审核、清算及付款等服务；负责制作行内外管理报表及监管报表。

  

 

  

1. Ensure all relevant operations are strictly complied with established guidelines / procedures / regulatory requirements.

   严格遵守行内外相关流程及法规。

    

2. Ensure assigned tasks can be completed (including related external / internal reports) in time with satisfactory result to meet agreed service pledge.

   确保各项工作的完成质量及效率。

    

3. Provide suggestions in regard to process streamline / risk control.

   为管理层提供客户体验改进、营运流程改善及风险控制加强等方面的建议，并付诸于实施。

    

4. Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for projects of system enhancement and launch of new products.

   协助团队经理，积极参与新产品开发、新系统上线等项目。

    

5. Acquire more operation knowledge / skills through internal training, self-learning and support job rotation if necessary.

   通过在岗学习、内部培训及内部轮岗等形式不断增强产品知识，提高业务能力。

    

   Qualifications

                                

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• 本科或以上学历
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; with good knowledge of PC application software; certificate holder of CET level 6
• 中英文流利；会熟练使用基本电脑软件（Office，Outlook等）
• Above 1 years of banking operations working experience; basic knowledge of financial products
• 一年左右银行营运操作经验；对金融产品有基本认识
• Strong self-motivation, Strong attentiveness to detail, ability to work independently and withstand pressure
• 自觉性强，对数字和细节较为敏感，具有独立判断能力且较强抗压能力
• Eager to learn and keen to grow
• 学***动性强
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 具有较强的沟通能力和人际交往技巧
