工作职责/Responsibilities
Support customers in logistics and other procedure work with HQ
该职位主要为海伦多兰加盟商提供客户支持,协助客户与总部保持充分及时的沟通与合作
1. New customer IT/Admin orientation: get new MFs to pick up all hands on experience with HD internal system such as email, HDC usage, etc. and deal with daily Q&A
新客户IT/行政支持: 协助新客户熟悉Helen Doron内部的系统使用,包括协助邮箱设置、内部CRM系统账号设置和系统使用,以及其他相关日常Q&A
2. LC/LCF approval/changes: help customers to prepare documents needed for new LC/LCFs approval
中心变更/开业审批:协助客户准备相应流程所需的材料和文件
3. Material orders: handle ordering-related communications between customer and HQ to ensure timely delivery; domestic inventory management and delivery
教材订购:处理客户和总部之间有关教材预订的沟通,确保教材及时、准确地送达客户;负责国内仓库的库存管理和货物派发
4. Legal/financial assistance: help HQ/customers with communications about legal/financial issues as requested.
法律/财务协助:协助总部/客户进行法律/财务相关的文件准备和沟通
5. Other sales/customers supporting work like conference logistics etc.
其他销售辅助/客户支持工作例如销售文件制作、会议组织等
6. Other work required by direct manager
