F45 Training is a team-based functional training facility. Our classes are unique, fun and highly addictive which is why F45 Training is currently the fastest growing network of fitness studios in the world.
The F45 model is built on having enthusiastic trainers who are truly motivated, customer-focused people who care about the health and well-being of our clients and also go the extra mile to ensure clients get the best service and experience possible.

F45 Training Chaowai is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead classes, grow membership and retain clients. The ideal candidate has previous management experience, group training experience, dynamic outgoing personality and inspires others to live a healthy and fit lifestyle.

In addition, we are also looking for an energetic and inspirational trainer to join the team.


Job tasks and responsibilities:
1 Responsible for leading classes, coaching members and overseeing other coaches
2 Develop and help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment.
3 Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes and drive results for members.
4 Manage the client experience/interaction to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
5 Business development with corporate wellness programs
6 Build network of related businesses for cross-marketing opportunities
7 Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained.
8 A willingness to work flexible hours and eager to be actively involved in growing the business.
9 Work closely with the Owner/Director to ensure that all aspects of the business are operating at the highest level.
10 Ensure the safety of staff and members

店长职责范围：
1.负责领导团课，指导会员，监督管理其他教练工作情况；
2.建立一个积极向上，有活力的团课氛围及店内（家）文化；
3.确保课程与上课质量，让每一个来健身的会员达到各自健身训练成果；
4.管理和维护会员。包括会员的意见和满意度调查，与会员形成场内与场外的互动关系；
5.与同行业进行商业拓展；
6.建立一个与同行业的关系网，加强沟通，寻找合作机会；
7.确保店内一切运转正常。包括器械，卫生和店内日常必需品；
8.工作态度积极，工作时间须配合店内需要；
9.与团队保持良好沟通及配合，及时提出有利于团队及工作的有效建议；
10.确保店内所有工作人员及会员遵守安全守则。

9.最好具备相关专业健身机构认证证书；
10.需要具备健身房管理和市场推广的经验。
