职位描述：
【岗位职责】
1. 负责COPC（客户服务供应商）标准审核和维护工作，组织COPC培训，将理论条款落实到实际中；
2. 负责运营指标KPI监控、趋势分析，查找根源问题，与运营团队合作，制定ATAC报告，包括行动和完成时间，改善满意度，问题解决率，消耗率，缺勤率等；
3. 负责监控流程的KPI，浮动范围，评估影响，与其他部门协作，提高薄弱点，优化流程以及将新流程落实到实际应用中。例如，分析员工质量和招募，人力以及运营的相关性；
4. 根据COPC的标准，更新Table F，并与相关人员进行沟通，针对波动或不符合目标的指标提出行动计划；
5. 负责准备月度会议报告和会议分享，包括：COPC的执行评估，良好/差的绩效分享，KPI管理，过程评估等。
 
【任职要求】
1. 大学本科或以上学历，英文四级；
2. 一年以上数据分析工作经验者优先；
3. 具备基本的数据分析能力，良好的学习和沟通能力；
4. 熟悉办公软件，特别是EXCEL；
5. 客观公正，注意细节。
 
【Job Description】
1. Responsible for COPC standard and methodology maintenance and keeping; organize the training; Implement all items of the stands to practice;
2. Responsible for KPI monitoring, trend analysis, root cause defined, to cooperate with operation team to work out ATAC report, including action and time, to improve CSAT, IR, Attrition performance, absenteeism rate etc;
3. Responsible for monitoring KPIs, the relevance range, influence evaluation, to coordinate relevant department to improve the weakness. For instance, the relevance of staff quality among recruiting, HR and operation;
4. Update Table F monthly according to the standard and principle, and communicate with the relevant depart to work out action plan for the performance that are fluctuated or not meet the target;
5. Responsible to prepare monthly meeting report and present site performance in the meeting, including the implementation evaluation, the good/bad performance sharing, the KPI management, the process evaluation, etc.
 
【Job Requirement】
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET4;
2. More than one year experience of database analyst is preferred;
3. Have basic data analytical skill, and good learning and communication skills;
4. Be familiar with office software, especially EXCEL;
5. Objective and fair, and be attention to the details.
