工作概要 Job Summary
为确保生产运作过程政产，根据公司程序文件，负责SB工厂质量管理工作，致力于实物质量的稳定提升和系统质量的优化。
Be responsible for quality management within SB plant. Focus on improvement of products quality and system quality.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. 策划新产品APQP，监控质量工程师和项目组成员按照APQP要求实施产品开发，确保客户需求按照QFD进行分解。
Plan APQP, monitor quality engineer and other team member to follow APQP procedure.
2. 审核新项目PPAP递交，满足客户和项目组要求。
Be responsible for PPAP package.
2. 审核SB工厂内过程质量和质量体系，指导改进工作，达到TS16949要求。
Be responsible for process audit and quality management system review, guide improvement to meet the requirement of TS16949.
3. 指导SQE工程师管控供应商质量，确保生产线生产运行。
Be responsible for supply quality management.
5．审核所负责SB工厂相关预算及质量成本，制定跟进的行动计划。
Review and control relevant budgets and quality cost and revise action plan.
6．支持质量工程师分析客户投诉问题和整改工作的开展。
Identify root cause of any quality issues, provide timely response（RPSR） to the customer and track actions are completed as per plan.
7．必要时有权力停止生产，同时对恢复生产的批准负责。
If necessary, have power to stop production, and be responsible for approving the regain the production.
8．指导制造过程的工程更改，确保更改受控。
Guide Engineering change with manufacturing department.
9．负责质量工程师和现场质量团队培训和能力提升。
Control Engineering change with manufacturing department.

教育:本科（机械或工科背景）

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and register capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.
Yanfeng KSS has two production bases, Road xiupu base is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with airbag modules manufacturing center,cushion manufacturing center and a world class technical center which has world class vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. Lingang base is located at the Fengxian Lingang Industry Zone of Fengxian Shanghai, with steering wheels and seatbelts manufacturing center.
The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.
