职位描述：
Main Purpose: The Site Manager is responsible for the implementation of the set up and management of the kit production facility in Shanghai.
The Manager is responsible for facility operations including day to day operations and to ensure systems and capacity is sufficient to meet business requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Facility Set-Up / Maintenance
? Responsible of the setting up/ maintaining kit production site in Shanghai, ensuring that the facility will be compliant with the CFDA regulations and international guidelines.
? Oversees and manage kit production activities to ensure timely and accurate kit production, storage and maintain inventory integrity according to established study protocols and schedule.
? Ensure work processes comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
? Implement operational processes according with QMS and SOPs as applicable.
? Implementation of the administrative processes that support the functionality of the Site.
? Responsible for local site recruitment and training processes.

Site Management
? Manage the Site operations according to SOPs to ensure service levels are met.
? Implement plans for the facility including staffing levels, operations to meet client and business requirements.
? Support QA function to ensure compliance with local regulations.
? Leading the entire local team and represent the team in Country/ Regional / Global level.

Other / General
? Review monthly P&L, responsible for local budget settings.
? Implement continuous improvements when problems/ gaps are identified.
? Assisting the sales team in provision of information pertinent to the site capabilities.
? Implement and support company’s objectives, decisions and policies at all times.
? Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager.
? Travel as reasonably requested by the Line Manager for the performance of duties.
