职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Understand technical requirement from system engineer and define detail design specifications for optical transport product
2. Hardware development, simulation, debug and validation test
3. Documentation technical documents like design spec, test case, test report, etc.
4. Field and mass production issue support
5. Gives technical training to other team members
6. Provides valuable suggestions for product and process improvements

Qualifications:
1. Education & experience:
Bachelor or above of major in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree
5+ year hardware development experience
2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
Good knowledge in digital and analog circuit
Experience of circuit board development
Experience of signal integrity simulation
Experience of driver level software development
Knowledge of transport product, telecommunication systems, optical component, modules or subsystems and related standards.
Familiar with EDA tools, e.g. Mentor etc
3. General competencies:
Proactive & Initiative,
Good communication ability both in Chinese and English
Good with team work and adaptability
4. Language Ability:
Fluent in both oral and written English
