职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责收集市场信息，跟进和开发潜在客户，维护与客户的关系，跟踪及回访新老客户；
2、了解客户的需求信息，并根据客户需求为客户提供可行的海内外冬、夏令营游学，留学及国际交流项目方案；
3、与其它部门配合，收集客户的签证资料和留、游学所需衔接的服务；
4、积极参与市场宣传及公司安排的项目推广和营销活动；
5、完成领导布置的其它工作内容。

任职要求：
1、本科，2年以上咨询或销售类工作经验；
2、具有较强的沟通能力及销售意识，熟练的英语应用能力；
3、有责任感，耐心细致，学习能力强，能词掌握与公司业务相关的各种知识；
4、具有优秀的职业素养和服务意识，具有高度的工作热情，能承受一定的工作压力；
5、有教育工作背景或海外学习工作经验者优先；有留学行业工作背景优先；

Study Tour Consultant - Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for collecting market information, following up and developing potential customers, maintaining relationships with customers, tracking and revisiting new and old customers;
2. Understand the customer's demand information, and provide customers with feasible domestic and overseas winter, summer camp, study abroad and international exchange program;
3. Cooperate with other departments to collect the customer's visa information and services for retention and study;
4. Actively participated in the promotion and marketing activities of marketing and company arrangements;
5. Completed other work contents assigned by the leader.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, more than 2 years of consulting or sales experience;
2. Strong communication skills and sales awareness, proficient in English and Chinese;
3. Have a sense of responsibility, be patient and meticulous, have strong learning ability, and can grasp all kinds of knowledge related to the company's business;
4. Have excellent professional quality and service awareness, have a high degree of work enthusiasm, can bear certain work pressure;
5. Education working background or overseas learning experience is preferred; working background of studying abroad is preferred;
