JOBOBJECTIVE

1. Continuousintroduction, implementation and monitoring of the Hella QM System inaccordance with current certification and customer norms in cooperation withthe responsible entities of the Quality network

2. Developingand implementing new system and process standards

3. Planning,steering, monitoring, executing or accompanying audits e.g. certification,system and process audits (internal and possibly external) in accordance withcurrent certification and customer norms

YOURTASK

1. Planning,preparing and supervising internal audits, customer audits and 3rd party audits.

2. Conductingprocess or system audits and/or full-run, possibly also in coordination withinternal and external entities.

3. Supervisinginternational locations and taking international criteria in the entire Qnetwork into account.

4. Planning,preparing and supervising sustained remedy of findings from internal andexternal location related audits e.g. certification audits.

5. Orderingor conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation onthe Corporate Management System in coordination with the process offices.

6. Developinguniform system and process standards, as well as initiating, steering, drivingand monitoring the introduction and implementation in coordination withinvolved entities.

7. Adaptationand further development of quality methods and techniques for implementation ofthe QM system in cooperation with the process offices.

8. Creating,planning and conducting training courses in quality methods and techniques, aswell as new processes and procedures according to stipulated and self-prepareddocuments and accompanying coaching.

9. Ensuringthat new methods and processes are applied, as well as specialist furthertraining and qualification in the working area.

10. Conductingevaluations, determining key points and informing the entities affected.

11. Preparingreports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible, superior andspecialist entities are informed.

12. Furtherdevelopment of the Corporate Management System in cooperation with the centralQuality departments and functional support to implement in the division.

13. Identifyand positioning of optimizing potentials in processes with the responsiblepersons of the processes.

YOURQUALIFICATION

1. Bachelordegree above

2. Morethan 5 years related working experience, at least 3 years in automotiveindustry. Manufactory experiences is preferred

3. IATF16949:2016 internal auditor, VDA 6.3 auditor/training

4. Fluentoral and good written in English

5. Familiarwith Office software
