职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following priorities:
? To place and monitor 3rd party and Adama products purchase orders status to ensure delivery on time and per quality spec.
? To be responsible for Adama products customs declaration and inbound formalities.
? To place repackage purchase orders on package material, finished goods.
? Responsible for both TP certificates and repack certificate are in good order and within validation period.
? Responsible for all package materials procurement are under cost and good quality control, including new vendor introduction etc.
? Ensure all industrial labels and carton box package material confirmation with suppliers with regulations and registration requirement.
? To control and responsible for suppliers’ including repack supplier’s management and control on time and in full delivery, and cover quality assurance system establishment, implementation and continuous improvement.
? To support new product launching preparation period and order communication with vendors.
? Proceed audit work for suppliers’ production or quality control, evaluate, report and monitor/following up suppliers’ correction action plan.
? Handle with customers complaints both in package and liaison for product quality issues.
? Set up and update approved suppliers’ list
? To work with stakeholders and lab to set up incoming material inspection process, including sampling control and batch management.
? Daily communication with internal stockholders, overseas plants, local lab/suppliers and global QA etc

REQUIREMENTS
Professionals applying for this role are generally required
? At least bachelor degree in Chemistry or Procurement preferred
? Proven over 5 years’ experience in Quality management.
? Solid knowledge and practical managing experience in quality control, quality assurance, suppliers’ audit and purchase, import & export knowledge.
? Good Understanding in suppliers’ quality management
. ? Good in both Mandarin Chinese and English
