工作职责：
1. 保险业务排分：
a. 依据公司战略方针，协助将保险业务排分到合作保险公司
b. 提高佣金率，以增加公司收入
2. 保险公司关系建立及维护
a. 与保险公司及再保人建立良好互动关系，寻求国内保险公司及再保人支持
b. 了解保险公司核保政策及发展态势，以提供公司战略合作规划方向
3. 协助搭建及维护Facility
a. 了解国内保险公司及再保人偏好
b. 协助分析及透视数据
c. 与国外再保人洽谈搭建Facility, 并协助后续维护
4. 财产保险市场法规更新以及市场信息的及时捕捉及追踪
岗位要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历
2. 三年以上国际保险经纪人工作经验
3. 具有再保排分或再保核保人工作经验优先录取
4. 对于常规财产保险, 工程险等业务具基本认知
5. 需具备较佳的英文能力, 海外留学者且具再保经验者优先考录
6. 个性乐观，善于与他人互动
7. 具有团队合作精神
8. 具抗压性，能独立完成上级交办工作
9. 具备Certified broker license
