职位描述：
是德科技EEsof EDA为半导体厂商、芯片设计公司和电子系统集成公司的研发人员提供先进的设计工具，帮助他们高效地进行半导体器件测量、建模、无线通信系统、高速数字传输和射频/微波电路设计等。是德科技EEsof EDA半导体器件测量、建模软件包括IC-CAP、WaferPro、ADS、MBP和MQA等。是德科技EEsof EDA设计软件包括ADS、Genesys、SystemVue、EMPro和GoldenGate等。

该职位将主要负责半导体晶圆厂和芯片设计客户提供技术支持。主要技术领域包括CMOS/GaAs/GaN器件测量、建模、射频电路在片测量、大信号功放测量、电感建模和晶圆厂设计服务等。

任职要求：
? 微电子、半导体物理及相关专业硕士及以上学历，热衷于学习新技术
? 有CMOS、GaAs、GaN器件量测、建模、射频电路在片测量、射频电路设计等领域的研究或工作经验
? 熟悉Python、C++、Matlab和是德科技EEsof EDA软件产品者优先，例如IC-CAP、WaferPro、MBP、MQA、ADS等
? 流利的英语听、说、读、写能力
? 适应国内出差
? 较强的人际沟通和协调能力
? 较强的工作责任心和团队合作意识



Job Title: Application Engineer (EEsof EDA, Semiconductor Device Measurement and Modeling)
        
Job Description:
Keysight EEsof EDA provides leading software tools for R&D in foundries, design houses and system companies for wireless communication system design, high speed digital transmission designs and RF circuit designs. Keysight EDA software products include ADS, SystemVue, EMPro, GoldenGate, IC-CAP and MBP/MQA.

Keysight EEsof EDA team is looking for a talent Application Engineer performing technical support to foundry and design house customers mainly in CMOS, GaAs, GaN device measurement and modeling, RF circuit level on wafer measurement, large signal PA measurement, inductor modeling and foundry design services.

The ideal candidates would be those who are enthusiastic in learning new technologies, like to meet with customers and work with them to prove their device modeling works and designs through Keysight EEsof EDA tools and test instruments.

Qualifications:
? EE or semiconductor physic master degree or above
? Relevant working experiences in semiconductor device measurement, CMOS device modeling, GaAs/GaN device modeling, RF circuit design, or RF circuit measurement
? Experiences in Python, C++, Matlab, or Keysight EEsof EDA tools including IC-CAP, MBP, MQA, EMPro and ADS
? Good verbal and writing English skills
? Be able to travel in China
? Good communication skills
? Hardworking and team working attitudes
