Job Summary
The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will serve customers from different countries and language backgrounds within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. You will support retail, direct, and web customers by providing solutions to all possible client issues like, billing, pre-sale, fulfillment, etc. We’ll need you to have excellent communication skills to ensure you can provide superior service to Red Hat customers.
Primary Job Responsibilities
? Maintain an excellent level of customer experience
? Receive and address inquiries via phone calls and emails from the APAC market
? Provide general information about our solutions
? Handle basic customer issues like registering system profiles and account management
? Process and submit returns, revise credit card information, manage refund requests, and
complete other data-entry functions
? Work closely with the order management, sales, and various finance groups through web
tickets, telephone queues, and an issue tracker to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
? 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
? Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and Japenese Language.
? Proficient with office applications; LibreOffice is a plus
? Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to work with others to deliver superior customer service
? Customer-oriented with an ability to solve problems under deadline pressure
? Advanced reasoning skills and an eye for detail when creating solutions
? Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision
