Job Description:

◆ Fully responsible for all accounting related duties for the company.
◆ Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
◆ Ensure the timely reporting for both SAP and statuary, to meet both internal and external requirements. Guarantee the reporting is in line with IFRS and PRC GAAP
◆ Lead robust continuous improvement initiatives to simplify, speed up and create more accurate work flow for efficiency improvement and ensure appropriate reporting and compliance processes and procedures
◆ Assets management and CAPEX budget control
◆ Costing and inventory daily mgmt.
◆ Assist FD to continuously strengthen the Finance Policies within the Company
◆ X-flow daily mgmt. and other system support where necessary
◆ Interact with internal and external auditors to coordinate annual audit and address audit issues effectively
◆ Smoothly and efficiently communicate with head office in all related areas (accounting, group reporting, audit, CAPEX, costing, and systems, etc.)
◆ supervise the treasury for AP process and guarantee a stable cash flow, and keep smooth communication with banks
◆ Take lead for all taxation related duties and daily mgmt., minimize the risks in tax area
◆ Take lead for all external reports requested by authorities timely and accurately
◆ Other ad-hoc duties where necessary

Qualification Required:

◆ Able to develop good business sense to deeply understand the business
◆ Maintain a high level of integrity and objectivity as well as championing company’s BCP
◆ Good interpersonal and communications skills, a strong team player with a can-do attitude and focus on a win-win result
◆ A self-starter who is able to work under pressure and independently
◆ Bachelor or above degree in Finance or Accounting. China CPA is an advantage.
◆ Proficiency in English and Mandarin, in both written and spoken.
◆ At least 5 years of Accounting related experience, preferably in a large multinational company, with at least 3+ years GL and tax mgmt. experiences
◆ Familiar with SAP is a must.
