The Generalist is expected to provide all-round HR support to business, including talent acquisition and development, freelancer resource management, and employee relation, include but not limit:
- Oversee recruitment activities includinghiring channel, talent pool and lead time management.
- Freelancer manpower management.
- Interface with all levels of management and act as a partner to identify issue, propose HR solution and resolve the issue by interpreting HR policies and procedure or alternative approaches
- Work with team and keep good relationship with employees, independently guide the exit interview and follow exit process.
- Converting HR insight into business context with help of HR analytics.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years’ HR experience in recruitment or HR full function background, experience in media, advertising, event will be highly preferred.
- Business oriented, solution oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent & proven communication skills, positive attitude and able to liaise business team
- A good team player with strong sense of accountability, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
