The Industrial Engineer is responsible for setting up production processes, resolving daily process and quality issues for production lines and performing improvement activities for quality or productivity.
岗位职责

Processes Management
- Develop production processes and production lines, ensure product realization compliant with medical device regulations
- Design and realize production lines, workplaces, tools and material flows
- Generate equipment requirements to equipment development team for new or existing production equipment in order to improve safety, quality and/ or productivity
- Optimize production processes for safety, quality and/ or productivity or by means of lean tools, e.g. Value Stream Mapping (VSM), layout, Kanban etc.
- Provide sustaining support for production processes
- Train operators with production processes

Documentation and Data Maintenance
- Establish production process documentation, e.g. process instructions, process failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), process verification and validation
- Design documents for tools, e.g. tool drawings
- Maintain master data in SAP
任职要求

Bachelor degree in mechanical/electronic engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience

3-5 years of experience in production processes in manufacturing industry

Professional
- Knowledge of production process and industry engineering – advanced level
- Knowledge of fixture and tool design – advanced level
- Knowledge of lean production system – basic level
- Quality management and control – advanced level
- Knowledge of Microsoft office – basic level
- Knowledge of CAD tools – advanced level
- Project management preferred
- English in written and spoken – basic level
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 or FDA regulations preferred
