职位描述：
Finance Manager/财务经理(华北区)-有制造业背景优先

工作职责：
1. 在集团CFO的领导下，负责财务会计部日常会计核算、合并/分析财务报表、成本核算/分析/控制、企业税务整体筹划/管理；
2. 建立和健全各项财务管理、会计核算制度、制定实施细则，并认真组织实施，及时揭示公司经营风险，提出完善管理建议；
3. 拟订/完善公司财务管理、会计核算和内部控制、工作流程等制度并监督实施；
4. 依据公司年度经营计划，编制公司年度财务预算；
5. 合理筹集和运用资金，提高资金的使用效率；
6. 建立并推行客户全面信用管理体系，参与建立并实施KPI绩效考核系统；
7. 管理好财会信息及业务报表系统，积极协助制定相关授权制度规定办法；
8. 财务队伍的建设，人才培养；
9. 负责接待公司外部审计、政府主管部门检查等工作，配合外部的审计和检查工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，财务管理、会计专业及经济类专业；
2. 持有中级会计师，CPA或ACCA等优先考虑；
3. 6年以上工作经验，其中3年以上跨国企业或上市企业财务管理工作经验；
4. 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
5. 熟练使用计算机办公设备和软件；
6. 具备流利的中英文口头及书面表达能力；
7. 为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真，有较强的沟通协调能力、团队领导能力和分析判断能力。
