职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责直播平台相关产品的研发工作；
2、参与直播平台产品分析，设计，研发和测试相关工作；
3、直播平台系统性能分析及调优。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上，工作经验3年以上
2、有扎实的 C/C++、golang 语言编程基础，熟悉基于 Linux 系统和网络编程
3、熟练使用基本的数据，算法能力
4、熟悉 RTMP，HLS 等流媒体协议，有流媒体开发经验优先
5、熟悉 MP4、FLV、TS等音视频封装格式
6、熟悉H.264、MPEG-2、AAC、AC-3、MP3等编解码格式中的一种或几种
7、熟悉 Nginx RTMP 或 SRS 开发优先，熟悉 CDN 行业优先
8、有分布式平台产品架构接开发经验优先
