Role Summary
This role is subject to Unisys billing rates, productivity, utilization and total chargeability metrics.
Only billable/direct client chargeable employees are to be placed in this role.
This role provides leadership within a project.
The role will lead a small project team of developers, testers, or support associates.
Teams led will include both Unisys associates / contractors on or off site.
Incumbents may lead teams coordinating the workflow of lower level professionals, while performing a set of similar or more complex duties themselves.
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion;
Coordinates work activities with other leads.
Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan;
Receives guidance and oversight from manager.
Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised.
Another important task of this role is to liaise with client and manage client’s expectation.
Qualifications

? University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
? At least 8 years working experience in application development and implementation on Windows platform
? At least 5 years project management or team leading experience
? At least 3 years of development experience in SharePoint development and O365 platform
? Excellent spoken and written communication in both English and Chinese
? Good team player with positive working attitude
? Working experience in banking applications implementation and vendor environment is preferred
