IT Analyst (75%)
1. Understand the process in company and recommande good methode of utilisation of software in order to improve the effeciency.
2. Prepare specifications according to needs of the company
3. Analyse the problems in IT system and propse the modification of system according to needs:
- Software of management system (ERP, CRM)
- BI system
- Other electronic document management system
4. Work with external consultant to follow big projects
IT SERVICE DESK SUPPORT IT (25%)
1. Provide prompt and thorough frontline technical support to on-site and remote employees that work within the assigned regional territory
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot all the PC hardware and software issues in accordance with corporate policies, standards and procedures. This includes shop floor / production network and IT equipment.
3. IT asset management including procurement and inventory management; perform PC hardware maintenance arrangement, reimaging and other activities.IT
4. Conduct and/or facilitate training for employees on software / hardware / new IT tools.
Qualifications：
1.Bechelor Degree or above;
2.3+years working experience;
3.Having experience on systems like ERP,MRP,CRM and BI. Able to use the database of SQL Server and MySQL. Understand different programming language to solve problems with programmers.
4.Good communication skill and excellent Management skills.
5.Good relationship with users and good analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to work as a team.
6.Friendly,open and patient,work under high pressure
7.Good oral English skill.
8.Be familiar with ERP,MRP,CRM and BI ,SQL Server and MySQL.
