Job Responsibilities

1.Create customer specific refractory concepts and system solutions.

2.Customer service including on site monitoring of service trials, troubleshooting, fact finding etc.

3.Initiate and support market roll out of new products.

4.Provide & transfer information about new product developments.

5.Support for business plans.

6.Participation in international conferences and symposia, assistance in publishing technical papers.

7.Support of the sales team in the customer service process，customer presentations，exhibitions.

8.Brand selection.

9.Claim-handling: fact finding ，collection of product samples for investigation，check final customer report.

10.Provide product-related expertise as input for continuous process and product development (design, grade portfolio, packaging, recycling etc.)

11.Support accreditation process.

12.Plant support for handling claims.

13.Approval of non-conformities.

15.Prioritization and scheduling of non-standard orders (e.g. emergency orders etc.)

17.R&D support for handling claims: sending samples, discussion of investigation results and R&D reports.

18.Sufficient report of product performance on a regular basis.

19.Customer selection for field trials.

20.On-site trial support incl. trial reports.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Working experience in the Slide Gates.

2.3-5 years experience in refractory- or customer related industries.

3. Inorganic non-metallic materials; University bachelor’s degree.

4.Good communication and organization skills.

5.Familiar with MS-Office, SAP.

6.Fluent in English and Chinese (written, oral) & logic thinking.

7. Able to adapt to work on business.
