Position: Senior Internal Auditor

Division/Department: Internal Audit

Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

? Perform independent process and forensic audits in technical and commercial areas. Organize, plan and execute on all aspects of an assignment, including scoping, sampling, data analysis, interviewing and reporting.

? Analyze complex business processes such as in the fields of production, purchasing, accounting and logistics.

? Conduct audit projects in different joint ventures and subsidiaries in China, ASEAN and Japan.

? Negotiate actions for improvement with the auditees and follow up on the implementation.

? Identify potential savings and charge-backs to third parties during the audit performance based on solid analysis and projections.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Willingness to work in a non-routine, challenging and complex environment and to use and develop advanced skills in technical and commercial areas.

? Key skills and abilities include project management, convincing, analytical thinking and problem solving.

? Solid understanding of general financial/operational business processes and risks.

? Strong presentation and communication skills in English (spoken and written) are a must. Requires interaction with senior management, general managers and board members.

? Ability to travel as required (several weeks a year)

? CIA, CISA, CFE certifications.

? Minimum 3 years of technical/audit/consulting/investigation experience and BA degree.
