职位描述
The Service Engineer is responsible to perform designated technical service functions required by the customers in assigned territory. He/she ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving revenue target through providing responsive, high quality of service to the customers.
岗位职责
Service/ Installation, maintenance and repair activities
- Perform warranty and installation in accordance with service contract and company procedures and standards
- Carry out repair, maintenance and testing of customer owned goods in accordance with China’s national law and/ or Dräger Standards either in a Service Center or at the customer’s site
- Provide adequate records to the Customer to demonstrate the scheduled work has been performed
- Provide technical support to staff and customers for specific products
- Ensure customer service requirements are met in order to promote service satisfaction, escalate if necessary
- Provide service activity plans and reports to the manager / supervisor
- Provide inspection and commissioning reports as stipulated generally or as and when necessary to project specific requirements
- Complete and provide customer returns reports, customer feedback reports and fault analysis reports as and when required
Hazards prevention
- Ensure all hazards are eliminated from the working area
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and practices in accordance with Dräger standards controlled by Service Manager
- Secure and maintain the equipment, used in performing assigned tasks, to ensure it is working properly and if applicable perform calibration
- Ensure personal protective equipment is in good condition and warns in situation related to the personal safety
- Comply with best safe working practices
- Stop any site works deemed to present a personal risk and consults with her/his manager / supervisor
- Comply with site specific Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations as and when applicable
Training
- Provide usage of product training to customers on customization basis if required, and discuss technical communication as when appropriate
Contract management
- Prepare detailed repair quotations for customers in accordance with guidelines published by Service Operation Manager
- Renew service contracts in his/her territory
- Identify new business opportunities for service contracts and pro-actively develop service contract business.
Service quality assurance
- Implement internal and external quality standards and processes to fulfill the quality requirements for products and services.
- Provide service quality reports to management in a timely and accurate manner
- Proactively communicate to her/his manager / supervisor improvement suggestions to raise the quality and professionalism of service covering all aspects like training needs, personal protective equipment (PPE), documentation, tools etc.
- Audit personal service tool inventory and PPE
- Facilitate, implement and supervise service quality control processes and actions
Customer relationship management
- Plan how to establish, develop and maintain account relationships in order to meet service targets in assigned region
- Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships that provide input to planning company product, price, and service strategies
- Address customer’s complaints skillfully and provide an efficient solution
Others
- Provide relevant information to staff regarding any change or up-date to relevant safety regulations, policies or standards
- Provide sales and marketing feedback on new projects, sales opportunity and competitor activities for all Dräger safety products and services
- Keep continuously up-to-date with specialized product and application knowledge of main Dräger product and service portfolio within her/his remit
- Keep continuously up-to-date with Dräger Safety portfolio in general to recognize other opportunities
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
- Other duties as assigned by manager
任职要求
University degree in natural sciences or engineering
2-4/3-5 years of experience in a multinational company with related service experience
