职位描述：

Job Description:

- Responsible for PON access FPGA & SoC design and simulation, including RTL coding + unit test, simulation chain development and FPGA/SoC performance optimization in R&D organization.

- Responsible for draft/maintain design document, test strategy and bug analysis/fix user guide.

- Technical support for PON FPGA/SoC related issues reported from test team, reproduce the issue in R&D lab environment to isolate faults and perform in-depth investigation, provide solution and code change against software bug.

- Participate in architecture design of PON and data transport related feature development and road map definition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Education background: Master or above. Major in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or related.

2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:

- With deep understanding for digital signal processing technique.

- 2 + years with good development experience in telecom signal processing with VHDL/Verilog programming in FPGA, familiar with Mentor, Xilinx or Altera FPGA related EDA tools.

- Good knowledge with wireline access system architecture (PON, DSL, Cable, etc), or Ethernet packet process, Switching, IP routing or variants multimedia decoding/encoding

3. General competencies:
