Fragomen Worldwide is looking to recruit an experienced HR generalist, to be based in our Shanghai office, located at Jin Mao Tower.

This role will provide HR administrative support and delivery in operational matters covering the full spectrum of HR functions for the Shanghai and Beijing Offices. This role will report to the HR Manager who is also based in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:
? Support the local employee life cycle process for all levels up to Assistant Consultant, including on-boarding, performance management, staff training and development and off-boarding activities, etc.
? Responsible for new hire induction, onboarding scheme and office tour
? Prepare and maintain all employee records, offer letters and other contractual documents in personnel files
? Administer training programme, including sending calendar invites, monitoring acceptances, coordinating with presenters.
? Administer leave and benefits programs
? Support employee welfare and communication activities (midyear event, family day, local holidays).
? Support local HR initiatives and regional projects

Requirements:
? Degree in Human Resource Management
? At least 4 years of relevant HR operation and generalist experience
? Ideally familiar with China labour law practice, government statutory claims, working visa/permit matters and payroll administration
? A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
? Exceptional organisational skills
? Suits someone who thrives in a busy environment and can manage multiple priorities
