职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Assist BIM Manager to develop BIM implementation, setting up of BIM Standards, Guides, Libraries and Training programs
? Training of people within the organisation on the best way to use BIM, efficient practices, short cuts and structured development of the models to enable easy and consistent output
? Modelling of Architectural, Structural, & MEP elements and parameterized families using Revit, AutoCAD Software. To develop, prepare & maintain database for AutoCAD and Revit.
? Coordinate project teams for clash detective, pipeline synthesis, 4D/5D simulation, roaming animations and green sustainable design work, using BIM to assist construction

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interiors or Information Technology
? 3+ years’ of design, architecture, construction experience
? Excellent skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Sketch up, Rhino, 3D MAX, etc
? Strong ability to work well within a team, across various disciplines
? Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be adaptable to change
? Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
