1、 根据公司发展战略的要求，主持制定公司技术发展战略规划及企业信息资源的规划，通过技术的实现推动整体战略的实现； 2、 全面负责产品、技术团队整体的日常运营规划、决策和管理，以实现下达的经营目标； 3、 负责管理公司的整体核心技术，组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案 4、 向公司提供重大经营问题分析和建议方案 5、 领导产品、技术团队的组织建设和管理体系建设的规划与实施、核心团队和梯队建设、员工职业发展、考核激励等相关工作开展，提升团队的工作质量、效率和技术能力，构建稳定、高效的技术研发团队
任职要求
1、知名院校统招本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业，10年以上知名电子商务公司（京东、阿里、亚马逊、1号店、苏宁云商等）、互联网公司、CTO岗位经验（对电商交易平台、门店系统都非常擅长）； 2、任职期间，所在公司的注册用户数不低于5000万，完整产品设计、项目开发及团队管理经验； 3、熟悉并密切关注互联网业务，深刻理解产业发展方向，具备敏锐准确的洞察力和缜密的逻辑思维，能够把握行业业务发展动向和关键技术发展趋势，并有自己的独到见解； 4、具备公司战略方向把控能力，领导力、统筹能力，能引领整个团队高效运转；用人、识人及有效授权，推动整个团队组织发展及梯队建设
