Boiler Designer Engineer-Commercial Condensing Boiler

 Purpose of Job 职位概要：
Condensing boiler design, test and qualification

Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责：
1.       Lead design responsible for all condensing boiler design, test and qualification
2.       Maintains and exhibits a working knowledge of codes, standards and compliance for assigned product lines.
3.         Responsible for assessing and validating risks and corrective actions using “First Principles” (basic physics, chemistry, and mathematics). Creates models and simulates approaches on paper prior to larger scale resources deployments.
4.         Designs, constructs and executes appropriate test plans for assigned product line in order to validate, correct and /or improve product performance.
5.         Assures drawings are appropriately documented and key attributes are properly flagged for ongoing administration by the quality department.
6.         Works cross functionally successfully pass product designed to the factory for successful production. The production may be internal or external and have subassembly operations that involve both.
7.         Actively seeks out understands competitor designs, technologies, costs and strategies to drive cost and performance enhancements.
8.       Willing to travel for cross engineering or exchange programs in U.S.

Qualifications, Education and Work Experience 任职资格：
1.      3 years+ in condensing boiler design or industrial boiler application experience is a plus
2.      5 years+ experience in boiler/combustion industry is a must
3.      Good English-speaking and reading skills; CET6
4.      Oversea learning and living background is preferred
5.      4-year college degree of thermal energy, combustion or related major
