Today, naked Hub is a home-grown success story, leading the coworking industry in Asia. naked Hub currently has a network of 21 Hubs across China, Hong Kong and Vietnam. By 2020, the naked coworking network is expected to grow to almost 200 Hubs in Asia.

As demand for coworking continues to rise, naked Hub is leading the evolution of the coworking industry, pioneering the unique “Co-life” concept, which incorporates food and beverage along with mental and physical wellness into the coworking community, creating spaces for Hubbers, from all industries to interact, collaborate, and live life to the fullest.

In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Purchasing Assistant - Documentation position, to work together with whole team to reach these ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
? Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
? Assists Purchasing team in all aspects of purchasing to ensure quality and profitability.
? Checks invoice on goods received against shipment to ensure quantity, quality, and purchase specifications are as ordered.
? Assist in supplier communication, preparation of management report/presentation.
? Database/file management and maintenance, etc.
? Receives and inspects all deliveries.
? Ensures accurate administration of all invoices, and adherence to proper bookkeeping procedures.
? Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

Requirements：

? Bachelor's Degree in finance and accounting, procurement, or related major.
? Around 1 year working experience
? Detailed orientated, efficient and ability to work under pressure.
? Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments
? Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
? Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
