职位描述:
1. 根据客户每月出货报表,安排舱位预订。
2. 根据客户提供的SI、INV、PKL,制作shipping order,发给指定货代,告知对方最终出运的货量。
3. 根据客户实际出运的货量,邮件通知车队安排提箱,进港和拼箱货物进仓。
4. 核对订舱信息联络书上的全部内容,核对正确以后发给客户,让客户报关。贸易方式为一般贸易的由我司安排报关行安排报关。
5. 收集指定货代的提单确认件和客户的SI,进行提单确认。
6. 制作APAR的费用表格,提供给APAR的同事。
7. 船开以后,MBL和HBL核对无误以后,连同对应此票的INV等相关资料发给目的港。
8. 报关完成后,每一票的报关放行信息都要打印留底。
9. ETD的前一天要更新每个箱子的状态,码头放行信息要打印留底。
10. 每个工作日都要更新Progress Sheet,船晚开或者早开都要第一时间通知客户。

1. Approve full sets of Doc, help staff to solve issue, conduct orientation, coach staff, join monthly team meeting to discuss issue, assist Mgr. to assign job rotation, in order to assist leader to improve staff working level.
2. Translate client request into operation team format, request operation team to arrange all operation timely, and monitor the whole process, in order to accomplish exp biz operation.
3. Answer inquiry from clients, chec, with sales to confirm quotation, receive S/I, instruct operation team to follow , contact carrier to collect info on spacing/ quotation, send order, instruct staff to follow, in order to smooth operation.
4. Contact new accounts organize about biz arrangement; help internal dept to solve problem, confirm/ coordinate with carrier/ clients when unexpected happened, solve big issues, in order to improve operation quality.
5. Check/ settle revenue and expense, communicate with Accounting, confirm/ urge clients for outstanding bill, report to Mgr. / accounting, in order to support to down cost, promote cash flow for company.
6. Draft client’s revenue, profit, exp volume, biz operation monthly analysis, submit to Mgr., review operation quality (KPI), and collect client’s feedback for ISO audit, in order to support management to handle current analysis.


任职要求:
1. 本科及以上,3年以上物流操作经验。
2. 熟悉物流操作事宜,有良好的英语听说读写能力,会日语者佳。
3. 有良好的沟通协调能力。

1. Bachelor above, 3-year operation working in logistics industry.
2. Familiar with customs operation, good English spoken/ written skills, it is better with Japanese language skill.
3. Good coordination, communication skills.
