职位描述：
Handle day to day Keysight China Beijing headquarter tax operation including statutory filing, process control, external and internal reporting and reconciliation, with respect to VAT, zero tax rate, surtax, stamp duty and other relevant taxes;
*负责是德中国北京总部机构的增值税、零税率、附加税费、印花税和其他税种的日常税务工作，包括税务申报、销项进项流程控制、面向外部和内部的税务报告及账税调节等；
Review branch VAT and stamp duty filings; control and analyze on China headquarter & branch transaction tax model;
复核下属分公司的增值税和印花税的计算申报；对是德中国总分公司的增值税模式进行流程控制和数据分析；
Supervise China VAT invoice related process, quality and compliance;
控制和建议是德中国增值税发票流程，从而保证销项进项发票的税务合规性和质量；
Create and drive local transaction tax project; support China business queries and work with global transaction tax team in developing proposed solution to the businesses;
负责组织和推动中国流转税法规变化所需的本地流转税项目；与集团流转税团队合作，结合中国的税务法规要求，建议并支持中国业务部门的经营和发展；
Anticipate and support annual corporate income tax activities;
参与并支持年度企业所得税工作；
Support on global project and M&A re-structing and integration;
支持集团项目和收购兼并项目涉及中国的架构调整和业务合并；
Coordinate with Beijing tax authority and maintain smooth and healthy relationship with tax authority; advise on branch tax authority liaison work;
负责北京主管税务部门的联络工作，与税务机关保持健康流畅的关系；对下属分公司与税务机关的沟通工作提出建议；
Work and communicate with tax consultant and outsourcing supplier;
协调与外部税务咨询和服务外包供应商的日常沟通和联络工作；
Other tasks assigned by manager.
分配的其他工作。

Position Requirement:
职位要求：
University degree, preferably in Accounting / Tax related areas;
大学本科学历，专业是会计或税务相关的优先；
3-5 years experience in big four or MNC in tax area;
3-5年在四大或其他跨国公司的税务工作经验；
Comprehensive China tax knowledge;
全面综合的中国税务知识；
Fluent in Chinese and English, good problem solving skills, strong self-learning and development attitude, reliable, responsible, team work sprit;
流利的中文和英文，善于解决问题，有独立学习和自我发展的态度，负责可靠，有团队协作的能力；
Strong communication skills, marco insight and also details orientation;
熟练的沟通技巧，有大局观，同时也不忽略细节；
Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and deadlines.
适应同一时期内进行多项工作、能够承受压力、限期。
